This website, www.frillora.com, is operated by HONG KONG SENYANG TRADING CO., LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered office at Unit D18, 3/F, Wong King Industrial Building, No. 2-4 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. References to "Frillora," "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms mean HONG KONG SENYANG TRADING CO., LIMITED. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.frillora.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Products, descriptions, and pricing

We work to describe and display our socks accurately, including colors and materials. Colors, textures, and finishes shown may vary slightly from the product due to device settings, lighting, or normal fabric variation. This does not limit your rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, normally USD for the United States and AUD for Australia. Prices may change before an order is placed. We may correct errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it where permitted by law. Payment is charged through our payment processor at checkout, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Any taxes and shipping charges that we collect are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. For standard orders delivered to Australia, we dispatch within 3 calendar days and deliver within 15 business days of order placement. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are in addition to these policies.

Custom orders

Custom and personalized orders are governed by our Custom Order Terms. Production starts only after you approve a digital proof and complete payment. Voluntary cancellation or change-of-mind returns are unavailable after proof approval. This does not limit any rights you have if the custom product fails a consumer guarantee or does not match the approved proof.

Content you send us

Content you submit to us, including creator and user-generated content, is governed by our Creator & UGC Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the Frillora name and branding, is owned by Frillora or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or trademarks without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to infringe the rights of others.

Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. For information about how we handle personal data and the choices available to you, review our Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices.

Disclaimer of warranties

We do not give any additional warranty unless it is expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. This limitation does not apply to liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where the law provides it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Frillora harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. For Australian consumers, this choice of law and forum does not exclude, restrict, or modify rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other mandatory law, or a right to bring a claim in a court or tribunal with jurisdiction.
