Creator & UGC Terms

These terms apply when you send us content, or take part in a Frillora gifting or creator project. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Who can take part

You must be at least 18 years old to submit content or take part in a creator project.

The licence you give us

When you send us photos or video, or tell us we may use a post you have tagged us in, you grant Frillora a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, crop, caption, and display that content, along with your handle and first name, across our website, email, social channels, paid advertising, and retail materials.

You keep ownership of your content. This licence lets us use it; it does not transfer it to us.

What you promise us

By submitting content you confirm that:

• You created it, or you have the rights to grant this licence;
• Everyone recognizable in it has agreed to appear and to our use of it as described above, and no one shown is under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent;
• It does not contain third-party music, artwork, logos, or footage you do not have rights to;
• It does not misrepresent our products and does not contain unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit material.

Gifted product and disclosure

If we send you product for free, or pay you, or give you a discount or commission in exchange for content, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that relationship in every post, in line with U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidance. A clear #gifted or #ad, or a plain statement that Frillora sent you the product, placed where viewers will actually see it, is what we expect. Disclosure buried in a hashtag block, hidden behind "more", or spoken too quickly to catch does not count. We may ask you to fix or remove a post that does not disclose properly.

Say what you actually think. Do not claim a benefit our socks do not have, and do not describe a product you have not worn.

Gifting is not payment

Receiving gifted product does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship, and does not entitle you to payment unless we agree it separately in writing.

Changing your mind

If you want us to stop using your content, email hello@frillora.com and we will stop using it going forward within a reasonable period. We may not be able to withdraw it from materials already printed, already distributed, or already running in paid placements.
