Shipping details are kept simple so customers can understand timing, tracking, and free-shipping thresholds before checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 12pm PT or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Customers receive a shipping confirmation email when the order leaves the warehouse.Shipping options and rates
Frillora currently ships within the United States. Standard delivery windows and shipping rates are shown at checkout after the shipping address is entered.
Available shipping methods may vary by location and order value.Free shipping
U.S. orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping after discounts are applied. Bundles are the easiest way to cross the threshold.
Tracking your order
When an order ships, Frillora emails a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or a package is marked delivered but missing, contact support with the order number so the team can help investigate.
