Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 12pm PT or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

When an order ships, Frillora emails a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
If tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or a package is marked delivered but missing, contact support with the order number so the team can help investigate.
