Custom Order Terms

These Custom Order Terms apply to any custom or personalized socks you request from Frillora, including orders using your names, text, colors, patterns, or artwork. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy.
How a custom order works
A custom request is not an order. We will confirm whether we can make it, quote you a price and a lead time, and send you a digital proof. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof and payment is complete.
Proof approval is final
Once you approve the proof, your order goes into production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned. Custom items are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. Please check your proof carefully, including spelling, names, dates, colors, and placement. We produce what the approved proof shows.
Before you approve the proof, you may request changes or cancel for a full refund.
Your artwork and content
When you send us artwork, photos, text, or other material for a custom order, you confirm that:
- You own it, or you have permission from the owner to use it and to have it reproduced on products;
- It does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights;
- If it shows a recognizable person, you have that person's permission, and a parent or guardian's permission if they are a minor;
- It is not unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive.
You keep ownership of your material. You grant Frillora a licence to reproduce and adapt it for the purpose of producing and delivering your order. We will not use your custom artwork in our own marketing without asking you first. You agree to indemnify Frillora against any claim arising from material you supply.
We may decline a request
We may decline or cancel any custom request at any point before production, for any reason. This includes requests involving third-party brands, logos, characters, or artwork you do not have rights to, and requests we consider offensive or unsuitable. If we decline after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
What custom production looks like
Custom socks are knitted, not printed. Fine detail, small text, gradients, and photographic images do not reproduce the way they do on screen. Colors are matched as closely as our yarn range allows. Minor variation in placement, stitch density, and shade between pairs is normal in knitted production and is not a defect. Your proof shows how the design will actually knit.
Lead time and payment
Custom orders take longer than stock orders. We quote a lead time with your proof; lead times are estimates and start from proof approval and payment, not from your initial request. Custom orders are paid in full before production. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
If something is wrong
If your custom order arrives damaged or defective, or does not match the proof you approved, contact hello@frillora.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will remake it or refund you.
