References to "Frillora," "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms mean HONG KONG SENYANG TRADING CO., LIMITED. Products, descriptions, and pricing

We work to describe and display our socks accurately, including colors and materials. However, colors, textures, and finishes shown may vary slightly from the actual product due to your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, or natural batch-to-batch variation in materials such as fabric. These minor variations are normal and do not constitute a defect. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you order. We may correct errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been submitted, for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is charged through our payment processor at checkout, and you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Shipping and returns

Custom orders

Custom and personalized orders are governed by our Custom Order Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms. Custom orders go into production only after you approve a digital proof, and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned once the proof is approved.

Content you submit to us, including creator and user-generated content, is governed by our Creator & UGC Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the Frillora name and branding, is owned by Frillora or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or trademarks without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to infringe the rights of others.

Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. For information about how we handle personal data and the choices available to you, review our Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices.

Disclaimer of warranties
