Hygiene-first policy

Because socks are a hygiene-sensitive item, eligibility depends on the item being unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Return & exchange window

Unworn, unwashed socks in original unopened packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Final sale & non-returnable items

Because socks are a hygiene-sensitive item, worn or washed socks, opened hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or wrong item

If a customer receives something damaged, defective, or incorrect, they should contact support within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photos.

Size exchanges

If a different size is needed, support can help swap to the right fit when inventory is available. If the requested size is sold out, the order can be refunded according to this policy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.
