Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Frillora. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your order. By placing an order on www.frillora.com, you agree to the terms below. This policy works together with our Returns & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Where we ship

Frillora currently ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC only, from our U.S. warehouse. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays. During new launches, sales, and holiday periods, processing may take a little longer; if we expect a significant delay, we will contact you.

Shipping rates and delivery time

Standard shipping is free on all orders of $35 or more after any discounts and before tax. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate of $6. Estimated standard delivery is 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Time in transit begins once the carrier receives the package, not at the time you place the order.

Carriers and tracking

Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse by our fulfillment partner. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the email.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Frillora is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@frillora.com and we will help resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
