Refund policy

We want you to love your Frillora socks. If something is not right, we offer a straightforward return process for U.S. orders. We do not offer exchanges. This policy works together with our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund.
Returns
Within the 30-day window you may return an eligible item for a refund. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns; customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Condition requirements
Because socks are a hygiene-sensitive product, returned items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with any tags attached.
You are welcome to open the packaging to inspect the socks; items simply need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted, for the health and safety of all customers.
How to start a return
Email hello@frillora.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address if your return is eligible. Pack the item in its original packaging with the tags attached. Ship the package using a trackable service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Original outbound shipping charges, if any were paid on orders under $35, are refunded only when the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact hello@frillora.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will help resolve it with a replacement or a full refund where appropriate, including any original shipping charges. If we require the item to be returned because of our error, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned or refunded: gift cards, items marked final sale or clearance at the time of purchase, and items that are worn, washed, or missing their original packaging or tags.
Return address
Please contact us before sending anything back. If your return is eligible, we will confirm the return address by email. Unrequested returns may not be processed.
